With the training of Kirby Abner not yet complete and some serious investment needed in team infrastructure finding a new trainee may not be a sensible priority but team management couldn't resist the lure of some potential trainees.
Two riders were found with some talent:
The first, Drew Badget is a decent tour rider and an exceptional downhill and is now for sale here: http://www.cyclingsimulator.com/forum/transfer/277377
Potential:
CL: Good
DH: Very good
HL: None
SP: Good
FR: None
CB: Average
TT: Average
TQ: Average
The second we are not sure of. Is his talent good enough for training? Is his all round ability enough to make up for a lack of sprinting?
A 190 hillsprinter, a 190 sprinter and a 200 hiller. We are inclined to think he is just a little too average...
CL: Good
DH: Small
HL: Good
SP: Average
FR: Average
CB: Small
TT: Small
TQ: Good

Yes. They can train four riders per race in an individual stat which can be different for each rider. Their effect is greater when it's a stat that the trainer themselves is good in.
nice :), with trainers do you pick an individual stat for them to train?
Yes, it was last week:
22 July.
Kyle Wyles has increased a point in sprinting. He has now got 90 in sprinting. 13:41
He got a previous training point on 18th August 2015, so I'm not holding my breath for another point. In fact I've moved the trainer to help his TQ or FR. I had nearly given up on him getting to 90 SP and wondered whether there was a block on very good progressing to incredible
Did Wyles just gain a sprinting point?
maybe stick the second one on the forum as a tour rider, with good in CL, TT, FR and HL someone may take a punt on him
